IP ADDRESS CLASSES

🌐 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗣𝘃𝟰 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀

Every device connected to the internet has an IP address — and in IPv4, these addresses are divided into five classes (A–E), each serving a specific purpose.
🔹 Class A – Large networks
🔹 Class B – Medium-sized networks
🔹 Class C – Small networks
🔹 Class D – Multicasting
🔹 Class E – Research & experimental
Private IP Ranges are used within internal networks (e.g., 192.168.x.x), while Public IP Ranges are used for internet-facing devices.

💡 Quick fact:
127.x.x.x → Loopback testing
0.x.x.x → Default routing
Knowing your IP class and range is crucial for network design, security, and troubleshooting.

📌 Do you still remember your first private IP range? 😄
